IP68 Water and Dust Resistance
Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G comes with flagship-grade IP68* protection, which means it has been tested to be submerged in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes*.

*This device has been tested and certified for splash-, water- and dust-resistance under specific laboratory conditions. It has been classified as IP68 under IEC standard 60529:1989+A1:1999+A2:2013. Please note that the water resistance test conditions are: immersion in still, fresh water, up to a depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes with a temperature difference between the water and the product of 5K or less. This water resistance performance is only under laboratory conditions and may not reflect normal customer use conditions. Therefore, the water and dust resistance (IP) rating may not apply if the product is exposed to environments other than those tested. We do not recommend that you perform the test yourself. Please do not use it at the beach or in the pool. Water and dust resistance may deteriorate due to everyday wear and tear, physical damage, and/or disassembly requiring repair. Avoid charging the product, operating the external buttons, or removing the SIM tray when the product is exposed to moisture. Please refer to the user manual for other safety instructions.
